Terms and Conditions for Rabbit Boarding Service

Upon booking, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that any omission or incorrect information may result in immediate termination of services, and you will be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result. You acknowledge that you are aware of the current rates in effect as of the date of this booking.
 

1. Boarding and Care:

   Our Rabbit Boarding Service provides a safe and comfortable environment for rabbits while their owners are away. We will provide food, water, and a clean playpen. Owners must provide any special dietary needs and any medications their rabbit requires. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rabbit that appears to be very ill or aggressive. ( Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate boarding for rabbits that lack the ability to support themselves by standing up independently when they fall.)
   
   The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the check-out time is also 2:00 PM. Any early check ins and late check outs, a $15 fee will be applied.
    

2. Payment and Refund Policy:

   Payment for boarding services must be made in full or a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of drop-off. We do not offer refunds for early pick-up or unused portions of the boarding reservation. By enlisting the services of The Bunnify, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for paying the current rates applicable to your pet(s). You further acknowledge and agree to cover the cost of any supplementary services, including but not limited to medical-related, grooming, transport, and other services that may be requested or deemed necessary for the well-being of your pet.
    

3. Right to Decline or Terminate:

   We reserve the right to decline or terminate boarding services at any time if we determine that the rabbit's behavior or health is a threat to our staff, other rabbits, or the rabbit itself.
    

4. Medical Disclaimer:

   Our staff is trained in basic rabbit care, but we are not veterinarians. If a rabbit requires medical attention while in our care, we will make every effort to contact the owner and/or transport the rabbit to a veterinarian if necessary. The owner assumes full responsibility for any veterinary costs incurred while the rabbit is in our care.
   
   Please note that Bunnify is not a veterinary clinic or facility. For any medical concerns regarding your pet, we highly recommend reaching out to your preferred or nearest veterinarian clinic.
   
   If your pet becomes unwell at any time, before or after a confirmed booking, please inform Bunnify immediately.
   
   Bunnify will follow the care plan provided by your licensed veterinarian to ensure your rabbit's well-being. If your rabbit becomes unwell, we will house them separately in a 1m x 1m quarantine enclosure to prevent any risk of illness spreading to other rabbits.
    

5. Death Policy:

   In the unfortunate event of a rabbit's death while in our care, we will make every effort to contact the owner as soon as possible. The owner assumes full responsibility for making arrangements for the rabbit's remains.
    

6. Pet Abandonment:

   Abandoning a pet is illegal and unethical. If an owner fails to pick up their rabbit within 3 days of the scheduled pick-up date, we will assume the rabbit has been abandoned and will take appropriate action, including but not limited to transferring ownership to a rescue organization.
    

7. Liability Waiver:

   You have been informed about the potential risks associated with grooming, separation, and transportation of your pets, which may result in stress-related problems. While Bunnify will make every effort to care for your pet(s), you acknowledge that incidents such as illness, accidents, injuries, and even death can occur.
   
   By using Bunnify's services, you voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Bunnify, its owners, and staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action that may arise in connection with the use of their services, including those that may be allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of Bunnify, its owners, and/or staff.
    

By utilizing our Rabbit Boarding Service, the owner acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
